The deadline for this publication is always the
Monday prior to following Sunday bulletin with exceptions for holidays and inclement weather.

Any late submissions may be refused or appear in a subsequent bulletin.

Guidelines for content to appear in the weekly Center Bulletin

  • All bulletin requests must be submitted for consideration by the Tuesday before the Sunday insertion is required, BEFORE NOON.
  • Please send submissions to office@cslabq.org
  • There is finite space available and every request is reviewed. We reserve the right to edit if necessary, in order to accommodate space issues. If editing is necessary, we attempt to let you know the changes, before Sunday.
    • Word Limits:
      -------Flower Dedication = max. 50 words
      -------All other submissions = max 40 words
  • I n order to comply with the requests of our congregation, flyer inserts are limited to 1-2 each week. Insertions must be approved 2 weeks ahead and be received by the Tuesday before the Sunday required.
  • If you require Office Angel assistance with copying of inserts, the completed Word doc. must be supplied 1 week in advance of insertion date, to allow adequate time for preparation.

Sunday Bulletin Submission Policy:

If you have items that you wish to have placed in the weekly Sunday bulletin, email them to  office@cslabq.org no later 7 days prior. This policy also applies to bulletin inserts.

NOTE: Only items specifically related to or sponsored by ACSL are published in the Sunday Bulletin and all items MUST be approved by the Center Administrator. Submissions may be edited for style and space and are inserted relative to applicable dates. Incomplete submissions or those received after the deadline may be excluded. Questions may be directed to the Center Administrator.
